  1. Introduction
    By accessing or using the services provided by Up Ink Tattoo Art BV (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our” or “studio”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the use of our website, booking services and tattoo services. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
  2. Services
    Up Ink Tattoo Art offers tattoo services including consultation, design creation and tattoo application. All tattoos will be performed by our professional artists using high quality, vegan-friendly inks and equipment.
  3. Bookings and Payments

Booking: To book a tattoo session, clients must provide accurate information and accept the terms and conditions.
Payment: Payments can be made via [payment methods: e.g. bank transfer, credit card, cash]. A deposit is required for all bookings to secure your appointment.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If a booking is cancelled late, a cancellation fee may apply.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for tattoo services, however we will work with you to ensure you are happy with the final result.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for informing the artist of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect the tattoo process.

Age: You must be at least 16 years of age to receive a tattoo at Up Ink Tattoo Art. A valid ID may be required for age verification.

Aftercare: It is the client’s responsibility to follow the appropriate aftercare instructions provided by the artist to ensure proper healing of the tattoo.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All designs created by Up Ink Tattoo Art are owned by the studio. If you request a custom design, you are granted a limited license to display the tattoo on your body, but you do not own the design.
  2. Liability
    Up Ink Tattoo Art is not responsible for any allergic reactions, infections or complications that may occur following the tattoo procedure. Clients should follow the aftercare instructions and consult a physician if necessary.
  3. Privacy
    Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  4. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
